- Login to your account here at https://www.transparent-support.com/billing/clientarea.php
- Click the "My Details" link at the top.
- Click "View Details" next to the domain you want to transfer away.
- Click "Contact Information" (Near the bottom of the screen).
- Review and update all contact information, especially the email address.
- Click "Save Changes"
- Click "Back", this will take you back to your My Domains page.
- Click "Get EPP Code"
The EPP Code will now be sent to your email address. You will need to
provide the new Registrar with this EPP Code when you start the domain
