Add-on software for Open-Realty®

After creating a sales ticket you will receive a confirmation email after you create a new sales ticket, the subject: line of that email will contain your sales ticket ID#. When corrosponding with this system using email, please make sure to always include or preserve the full subject line that contains your ticket ID#, emails that do not contain a valid ticket ID# will be automatically discarded.
